AI in engineering

Position

AI-native software engineering — agents planning, building, testing and reviewing code inside a real delivery pipeline — is a discipline now, not an experiment. It needs structure for one concrete reason: agents are not deterministic. The same instruction does not produce the same code twice, so consistency has to come from the system around the agent rather than from the agent itself — the context it is given, the tests that constrain it, the review it cannot skip, the pipeline that is allowed to say no. That matters most on a team, where several engineers and their agents have to converge on one codebase somebody else will maintain.

Credential

A certificate proves nothing on its own. It is here because it is checkable, and because of what I built for it.

Programme
10xDevs 3.0 — Przeprogramowani · July 2026
Certification
Top tier — Builder · Architect · Champion
Covered
25 lessons across 5 modules — agentic environments, agent-driven delivery workflows, AI development quality and maintenance, modernising legacy code with generative AI, scaling the approach to large projects

Project

Padelkit started with an annoyance. I play padel several times a week, and the amateur tournaments the community runs — Americano, Mexicano, round robin — get organised on paper and in group chats, with someone redoing the pair draws by hand between rounds. So I built the thing I wanted to exist: draws, live scoring, standings, and a summary worth reading afterwards.

It is also where I took the AI-native approach end to end rather than in pieces — agents writing inside a pipeline that constrained them, tests feeding their results back, review on every pull request, CI/CD doing the rest. Rust on AWS, Flutter on the clients. The programme marked it one of its Best Projects. It is not a public product, and there is nothing to sign up for.
